  • Quotations wizard; quickly and efficiently issue a quote or price bid in to a MS Word document for printing or emailing including automated texts and phrases using your designed templates

  • Create a library of products and prices for use in the quotations editor

  • Associate quoted products with external product information Word documents so they can be inserted in to the finished quote automatically

Limitations: Requires Microsoft Word, any MAPI email package (Outlook, Outlook Express etc) and minimum screen resolution 1024x768. File attachments can only be processed with either Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express.
