- Intelligent merges; during a merge, send an email to those contacts that have an email address and print a letter to those that don’t, all at the same time
- Optionally add a note to all merged contacts to indicate that they were included in a particular merge
- So simple to use for single or multiple users to share.

Limitations: Requires Microsoft Word, any MAPI email package (Outlook, Outlook Express etc) and minimum screen resolution 1024x768. *File attachments can only be processed with either Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express.
