The database file is a completely open source Access MDB file. You will have full and unrestricted access to the database window, all design objects, the visual basic project code and you will be able to modify or add to the design in any way that you wish. If you lack the time or expertise then we can connect you with an Access specialist who can help you.

How to tell which version of Access you use:

Open Microsoft Access
  • Click your Start button
  • Select All Programs
  • Select Microsoft Access
When Microsoft Access opens
  • Select Help
  • Then select About Microsoft Access
The dialogue box will show the version.

It is important that your installation of Access is completely up to date with all service packs and hot fixes (there are lots!).

We recommend that you run Microsoft Update or Office Update regularly.

If you experience odd error messages during the operation of our database it is most likely that your installation of Access needs updating.
